Kristin M. Prince-Hubbard, Owner/Manager

Kristin M. Prince, a New Hampshire native, is the owner of Title New Hampshire, LLC.  She is an experienced Loan Processor, closing agent, and title abstractor with over 20 years of experience in residential real estate title and closings as well as Mortgage lending.  Having spent all of her career concentrating on real estate transactions, she created Title New Hampshire, LLC with the vision of offering lenders, consumers, relocation companies, and real estate professionals a one stop shop for all of their closing needs.  Seeing the need for a real estate title and closing practice offering specialized services to its clients, Title New Hampshire was born. 

In 2005, Kristin was awarded the designation of "Affiliate of the Year" by the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors.  She is a member of the NH Mortgage Bankers and Brokers, Assoc., NH Association of Realtors, Greater Manchester/Nashua board of Realtors, and is an approved instructor for the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission.

Richard H. Hubbard, Esq., General Counsel

Richard H. Hubbard, is also a New Hampshire native, born and raised in the Lebanon/Hanover region.  Attorney Hubbard is General Counsel for Title New Hampshire, LLC.  He received his B.A. Degree from Plymouth State College in 1973 and a J.D. Degree from George Mason University School of Law  in 1979. From 1973 to 1979, he was employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, D.C. He has served as a panelist or guest speaker at real estate seminars sponsored by local boards of realtors, title insurance companies and lending institutions.  He has acted as bank or title counsel to lending institutions and title underwriters in all areas of real estate law, including closings, foreclosures, and title insurance matters. 

Richard is the current Chair for the New Hampshire Bar Association Real Property Section.  He is also a member of  the NH Mortgage Bankers and Brokers, Assoc., NH Association of Realtors, Greater Manchester/Nashua board of Realtors, and is an approved instructor for the New Hampshire Real estate Commission.
